- Respond to guests in a timely manner answering any questions or concerns they may have in a timely manner receiving a 100% response rate.
- Communicate with guests before arrival and departure sharing access codes and procedures.
Turnovers
- Manage turnovers to be guest ready for next arrival date.
Photography
- Arrange and oversee professional photo shoot to help market your property & increase it's booking rate on Vacation Rental Platforms.
Manage Online Platforms
- Manage platforms to make sure bookings are confirmed and not double booked.
- Manage any requested changes to reservations or guest cancellations within the owner’s cancelation guidelines.
Marketing
- Regular social media paid and complementary advertising.
-Monitor platforms: refreshing ads keeping photos fresh and current, research relevant market area, keeping with current prices, increasing and decreasing $ days, weekends and holidays as needed, to maximize your listing.
