Do you have an investment property and you're looking for the right tenant?  Leave the leg work to us, we will place the right tenant for your property and handle all the paperwork.  Perform regular property inspections, oversee any maintenance issues, tenant communications and troubleshooting all within the residential tenancy act regulations.  Every client has a different  circumstance we are here to personalize a complete package to suit you and your investment needs.  Options: Tenant Placement #1 - : marketing, screen tenant, complete short term rental agreement and move in with inspection report, proof of tenant insurance. Owner supervises throughout the term. One time fee $_________ #2 - marketing, screen tenant, short-term rental agreement, move in with inspection report, proof of tenant insurance, available to tenant during business hours for calls, 24/7 emergency call out, trades maintenance supervision. Visual inspection of suite once a month. Move out inspection report. We supervise throughout term, Monthly fee $___________

Cancellation Policy

Please give us 24 hours notice to cancel your booking. Bookings canceled with no notice will be expected to pay 1 hour cancelation fee. Thank you
