Communicate with owner through text or email within business hours. Create your platform on Airbnb / VRBO invoiced for payment separately. • pictures supplied by owner/or can be setup with a professional photographer. Work between platforms to make sure bookings are managed and not double booked. Social Media Marketing. Manage any requested changes to reservations or guest cancellations within the owner’s cancelation guidelines. Monitor Calendar: refreshing ads with research of the market keeping with current prices at market value. Respond to guests in a timely manner answering any questions or concerns they may have. (24/7 calls for emergency) Communicate with guests before arrival and departure sharing access codes and procedures. Manage turnovers to be guest ready for next arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

Please give us 24 hours notice to cancel your booking. Bookings canceled with no notice will be expected to pay 1 hour cancelation fee. Thank you
